Steady comfort in every season.
Heating and cooling repair, tune-ups and new systems for your home, explained in plain words before any work starts.
What we work on
Heating
-
Furnace repair
No heat, short cycling, a burning smell or a blower that won’t stop. We find the cause and fix it.
-
Fall tune-up
Burners, igniter, flue, filter and safety controls, checked before the first cold night.
Cooling
-
AC repair
Warm air from the vents, ice on the lines or a unit that hums but won’t start.
-
Spring tune-up
Coil cleaning, refrigerant check and a drain line flush before the heat arrives.
All year
-
Heat pumps
One system that heats in winter and cools in summer. We repair, service and install them.
-
New systems
When repairs stop making sense, we size a new furnace, AC or heat pump to your house.
-
Indoor air quality
Filters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and air cleaners for dust, dry winter air or damp summers.
-
Thermostats
Smart or simple, installed and set up so the schedule fits how you live.

Questions people ask
How soon can you come out?
We’ll offer you the first open time window when you call. Calls about no heat or no cooling go to the front of the line.
Is there anything I should check before calling?
Make sure the thermostat is set to heat or cool and has fresh batteries. Check the breaker for the furnace and the outdoor unit. A badly clogged air filter can also shut things down.
Should I repair or replace my system?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair and how well it keeps up. We’ll lay out both choices with prices in writing, and the decision is yours.
Do you work on my brand?
We service most furnace, air conditioner and heat pump brands. Tell us the make when you call and we’ll confirm.
How often should I change my air filter?
Every one to three months for most 1-inch filters. Thicker media filters last longer. We’ll show you which one you have.
How do I pay?
By card, check or bank transfer, once the work is done and you’ve seen the invoice.
